Endodontic cream for chemomechanical preparation of root canals containing 15% disodium EDTA and 10% urea peroxide. The EDTA chelates calcium and magnesium ions to soften the superficial dentin layer, facilitating canal cleaning and shaping, while urea peroxide reacts with sodium hypochlorite to produce foam that removes pulp tissue and dentin debris. Contains lubricating agents that ease instrument insertion and minimize the risk of instrument breakage. Package contains 1 syringe of 5ml.
