You can now follow shipped orders in the Marketplace, and suppliers can see the Marketplace limited to what they sell.

• Your order page shows each parcel's progress, from shipped to delivered, with every update from the carrier. When a parcel arrives, we remind you to check the items.
• Suppliers taking part in the pilot can add a tracking number to a confirmed order.
• The Sold by me filter shows only your own products and prices. Products you don't sell yet show Add your price, and other suppliers' prices stay private.
• The AI Assistant's welcome screen links to the learning map.

• We confirm your clinic's phone number with a code sent by text message, when you register or before your first order.
• If you aren't signed in, you can email your cart to yourself and finish later. We'll also tell you if the price drops.
• Suppliers can see how much they invoiced each month, with and without VAT.

The supplier product catalogue has been redesigned so you can review and correct your products in one place, even after a large import.

• Filter products by status (Live, In review, Not accepted), by missing information such as a picture, description or category, by availability, by price or by import.
• Change prices and stock directly in the list, or open a product without leaving the list.
• Select many products at once, preview a price change before applying it, and switch products on or off together.
• Export up to 50,000 products to Excel.

• The Marketplace is now available in Ukrainian.
• Institutions and societies can share a monthly AI plan with their members, and you can use your institution's plan.
• Suppliers have an easier way to add products to VIP categories.
• Consignment orders come with a delivery note, and nothing is paid at checkout.
• Shared AI chats show when the link expires, and you can stop sharing at any time.

• Searching by a product code shows exact matches first.
• You can report a wrong picture, title, description or code from the product page.
• Clinics that work with an exclusive supplier can find and buy that supplier's products.
• You can choose the file format when you export.

You can order selected products on consignment. The supplier stocks them at your clinic, and you pay only for what you use.

• Choose consignment on a product. Consignment items have their own tab in your cart with a separate total.
• Invoices, refills and returns appear with your consignment orders.
• Suppliers see their consignment stock at each clinic, including what has been used and returned, and can mark refills as delivered.

You can now choose an AI plan for yourself or for your whole clinic team.

• Plans come as For me or For my clinic, paid monthly or yearly. The yearly plan includes two months free.
• You can buy more messages when you run low.
• Switch between your personal and clinic plans to see how many messages each has left.
• Rate an answer with a thumbs up or down.
• The Cicero Assistant app is available for iPhone and Android.

Your cart can now include orders from suppliers outside the Marketplace.

• Items from companies outside Cicero are marked External. They're confirmed automatically, and you don't choose delivery or payment. If a price is missing, it's taken from the scanned invoice.
• If you added items before signing in, you can add them to your saved cart or keep them separate.
• You can stop an AI answer that's still being written.
• One sign-in now works across all Cicero apps.

The AI Assistant now shows more of how it reaches an answer.

• Turn on Deep Search for complex questions and comparisons to cover more research.
• You can follow along as the assistant reads studies, compares findings and writes its answer.
• Answers list their sources, point out conflicting evidence and mark points based on clinical reasoning rather than direct evidence.
• Upload a photo of a product to find it.
• You can search your past conversations, copy a whole chat and see how many messages you have left.

The AI Assistant is now three assistants you can switch between.

• The Clinical Assistant gives evidence-based guidance across dentistry and suggests related education on Cicero.
• Patient Communication turns short clinical notes into clear, professional texts for your patients.
• The Product Assistant still helps you choose materials, compare prices and find the best value.
• You can share a chat, download it as a PDF or save a comparison table as a picture.

If search doesn't find what you need, switch the search bar to the AI Assistant and ask in your own words.

• It compares products side by side, with price per unit, number of suppliers and clinical evidence.
• Ask for published research on a product, or for alternatives to it.
• Look at a product's details, suppliers and variants without leaving the chat, and add it to your cart.
• Your earlier conversations are saved.
• You can try it without an account, and signing in gives you more searches.

Manufacturers now have their own place on the Marketplace.

• Browse and search manufacturers, sort them by name or number of products, and see which are official partners.
• Manufacturers get an Industry dashboard showing sales of their products over time and by country, where they can also manage their products and invite colleagues.
• Suppliers who import products automatically get a guide to the required file format.
• Products without a specified delivery time are now considered Not in Stock.

• Product search shows your recent searches.
• Within a category you can search, show only products in stock and sort by Best Selling.
• You can add products to your cart without an account.
• A product's page shows its other variants.

Suppliers can share their account with colleagues and decide what each person can do.

• Invite colleagues by email or QR code, give them job positions, resend invitations or remove members.
• Give view or edit access to orders, products, imports, clients, VIP categories and staff.
• Download any supplier order as an Excel file.
• Short explanations help you fill in every product field.
• The orders page remembers the last tab you opened.

• Suppliers see the clinic's business name, registration number and VAT ID on each order.
• The Marketplace is now fully available in Slovak.
