Straumann

The Straumann® BLC (Bone Level Contour) Implant is a next-generation tapered dental implant designed for bone level indications. Featuring a slim apex geometry, it enables less invasive surgical procedures while delivering excellent primary and secondary stability. The implant is manufactured from Roxolid®, Straumann's high-performance titanium-zirconium alloy, which offers superior strength compared to conventional titanium, allowing for use in narrow ridge situations. The SLActive® surface technology — a chemically active, hydrophilic sandblasted and acid-etched surface — accelerates osseointegration and reduces healing time compared to standard SLA surfaces. This variant has a diameter of Ø 3.75mm with a Regular Body (RB) connection and a length of 10mm. It is supplied sterile, single-use, and is intended for prescription use only. The implant is MR Conditional and must be kept away from direct sunlight during storage. Catalog REF: 035.9210S. EAN: 7630031764294. Manufacturer: Institut Straumann AG, Basel, Switzerland. FDA 510(k): K230108. GMDN: 55849 (Screw endosteal dental implant, two-piece).
