ParaffiNET is a paraffin-impregnated gauze (tulle) dressing for wound coverage and protection. The open gauze structure supports free drainage of exudate into a secondary absorbent dressing, while the paraffin layer reduces adherence for atraumatic dressing changes. Indicated for non-infected wounds including chronic ulcers, pressure sores, surgical wounds, burns, and skin graft donor/recipient sites; it can be cut and shaped as needed and should be secured with tape or a bandage.
