MTA Fillapex is a biocompatible, MTA-based bioceramic root canal sealer designed for permanent obturation of root canals in combination with gutta-percha points. The sealer features high radiopacity for excellent radiographic visualization, superior flowability for obturating accessory canals, slight expansion during setting for optimal sealing, and calcium ion release to promote tissue regeneration and bone repair. It has a working time of 23 minutes and setting time of 130 minutes, and can be easily removed with citrus oil-based solutions or chloroform. Package contains 1 refill of 4g.
