Erkoflex Bleach is a flexible thermoplastic foil with high elasticity and dimensional stability, designed specifically for fabricating bleaching trays, fluoride trays, and drug delivery appliances. The material features a hardness of approximately 95 Shore A and includes a backing foil for model isolation and shrinkage compensation during thermoforming. It is compatible with all deep-drawing devices with 120-125mm diameter and can be easily trimmed with scissors or specialized drills.
