Photoelectric (optical) smoke alarm with an integrated 10-year lithium battery for long-term, maintenance-free operation. The optical sensing chamber is designed to detect smouldering fires, with Smart Silence for temporary hush during nuisance alarms and Sleep Easy to mute low-battery chirps for up to 8 hours. Audible and visual warnings are provided by an 85dB siren and red LED; the unit is designed for ceiling or wall mounting and is compliant with EN14604.
