Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) is a biocompatible hydraulic cement composed of calcium, aluminum, and iron oxides for endodontic repair and regenerative procedures. The material exhibits high calcium release, hydrophilic properties, high alkalinity, low solubility, and excellent radiopacity with a 15-minute setting time. Indicated for perforation repair, internal resorption sealing, retrograde filling, direct pulp capping, pulpotomy, apexification, apexogenesis, and apical barrier formation. Package contains 1 kit with 2g powder, 3ml distilled water, and mixing spatula.
