The conformable hydrogel with reinforced fibrous structure helps resist tearing during application and supports a moist wound environment to promote epithelialization. The dressing hydrates irritated skin, absorbs wound exudate within the hydrogel matrix, and is air permeable while acting as a barrier against external bacterial contamination.
