Absorbable sterile gelatin sponge cubes indicated for local hemostasis when applied to a bleeding surface. The porous, moldable structure promotes platelet activation and fibrin clot formation to help control bleeding during surgical procedures, including oral surgery. When implanted in vivo, the material is resorbed over approximately 3–4 weeks (may liquefy faster on mucosal surfaces). Package contains 32 cubes of 10x10x10mm.
