VM 9 is a fine-structure veneering ceramic specifically developed for layering all-ceramic restorations on yttrium-stabilized zirconia frameworks with a coefficient of thermal expansion of approximately 10.5 × 10⁻⁶/K. The ceramic features excellent aesthetic properties similar to natural enamel, with an extremely fine-grained surface structure after firing that allows for easy grinding and polishing to a high luster while reducing plaque accumulation. Available in both Vitapan Classical and 3D-Master shade systems, the base dentin powders provide maximum natural appearance that can be enhanced with fluorescent or opalescent layers.
