Provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial efficacy including bactericidal action against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (including tuberculosis), fungicidal activity (including yeasts), and virucidal effectiveness against both lipophilic and hydrophilic viruses (poliovirus, rotavirus, adenovirus, vaccinia, Herpes simplex, HAV, HBV, HCV, HIV).
