Ultra-Etch is a 35% phosphoric acid etchant with optimal viscosity for precise application and excellent control. It features self-limiting etching depth (average 1.9 µm at 20 seconds) that creates an ideal etch pattern for superior adhesive penetration and bond strength. The unique viscosity prevents premature drying while allowing penetration into the smallest fissures and occlusal surfaces through capillary action. Indicated for etching enamel and dentin to create optimal bonding surfaces, and for cleaning ceramic surfaces prior to bonding.
