Double-ended retraction cord placement instrument designed specifically for placing Ultrapak braided retraction cord. Features medium-sized, three-sided serrated heads with thin edges that grip the cord securely, prevent slipping during placement, and minimize risk of gingival attachment injury. One working end is parallel to the handle while the other is positioned at 90° to the handle, allowing efficient cord placement around preparations without repositioning the instrument.
