Synthetic absorbable monofilament suture made from Polyglecaprone 25, a copolymer of 75% glycolide and 25% epsilon-caprolactone. Retains 90% tensile strength at 7 days with complete absorption in 90-120 days, ideal for soft tissue approximation and ligation. Violet-colored monofilament provides excellent handling and knot security with minimal tissue reaction. Package contains 12 pieces of 75cm length sutures, each double-armed with 16mm reverse cutting needles.
