Absorbable synthetic monofilament suture (polyglycolic acid–caprolactone copolymer) intended for short-term wound support, commonly used in oral soft-tissue closure. The very smooth surface supports continuous suturing with minimal tissue trauma and low tissue reaction, with reliable knot security and high initial tensile strength. Residual tensile strength is approximately 30% after 7 days. Package contains 12 sutures of 45cm.
