Resorbable collagen sponge impregnated with gentamicin for placement into surgical sites where local haemostasis and antimicrobial support are desired. Conforms to the wound bed and is designed to be left in situ, resorbing over time. Commonly used in oral and maxillofacial surgery for extraction sockets and other soft-tissue wounds at risk of infection. Package contains 1 sponge of 5x5cm.
