Glass fiber-reinforced composite for replacing the dentin portion of the tooth, especially in extensive restorations. Crack-free, fracture resistance more than double that of conventional composites. Ability to polymerize up to 4-5 mm layer at once. Indications: defects with 3 or more preserved surfaces, defects with cusp loss, very deep cavities, cavities after amalgam removal, cavities where inlays or onlays are indicated. Must always be covered with a layer of conventional composite as final layer.
