Duceram Kiss is a metal ceramic system designed for veneering noble and non-precious metal frameworks with a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 13.8-15.4 μm/m. The Kiss concept simplifies the layering process by reducing the number of required powders to 73 (compared to 110-120 in conventional systems) while maintaining excellent color stability and reproducibility through an advanced pigmentation philosophy. The system features new pigmentation of dentin and opaque shades, simplified categorization of intensifiers and incisal powders, and supports fast firing programs up to 80°C/min with rapid cooling.
